Cookie Policy
Last updated: October 19, 2026
This Policy explains the cookies and similar technologies ClientFlux.ai uses, why we use them, and how you can manage them.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We also use local storage and similar technologies for session and preference management. Some cookies are necessary for the service to function; others are optional and depend on your consent where applicable.
2. Categories we use
Strictly necessary
Authentication and session cookies that keep you signed in and secure your account. These cannot be disabled if you want to use authenticated features such as the Business Hub, Consumer Workspace, or Sales Partner Portal.
Functional
Preferences such as selected country, city, and filters that improve discovery. These do not identify you across sites and are not used for tracking you elsewhere.
Analytics (optional, consent-gated)
When configured and where you consent where required by law, we may use Google Analytics 4 to understand traffic, search behavior, and conversions by acquisition source (Google Search, Google Maps, ChatGPT or Gemini referrals, Meta, direct traffic, and partner referrals). Analytics is disabled or gated until configuration and applicable consent requirements are satisfied.
AI discovery
Our robots.txt allows search and AI crawlers (Googlebot, Bingbot, GPTBot, OAI-SearchBot) on public content so eligible businesses can be discovered. No cookies are set by these crawlers on your device.
3. Third-party providers
If we activate optional integrations (such as Google Analytics), those providers may set their own cookies subject to their policies. We do not control third-party cookies and recommend reviewing their policies. We never republish restricted Google Places or Foursquare content, and we separate external provider data from first-party ClientFlux records.
4. Managing cookies
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent authenticated features from working. For optional analytics, we honor your consent choice where required by law (for example, in the EU/EEA and UK).
Our public business discovery feed and sitemap are accessible without cookies. Internal workspaces (/business/hub, /admin, /consumer, /agents) are disallowed in robots.txt.
