Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: October 19, 2026
This Policy sets the rules for acceptable use of ClientFlux.ai. It applies to all businesses, consumers, and sales partners.
1. Permitted use
You may use ClientFlux.ai for its intended purpose: discovering local businesses, posting and fulfilling legitimate demand, managing your business or consumer account, and using the free and premium tools we provide subject to your plan and applicable limits.
2. Prohibited conduct
- Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent business or consumer information.
- Impersonating another person or business, or claiming a business you do not own.
- Bypassing authentication, Row Level Security, rate limits, or AI usage controls — including self-assigning verified or admin status.
- Fabricating reviews, ratings, prices, availability, bookings, transactions, or commercial outcomes.
- Sending unsolicited bulk messages or outreach that violates applicable consent, opt-out, or country-specific outreach rules.
- Scraping, copying, or republishing restricted provider content (such as Google Places or Foursquare data) beyond what their terms and our integration permit.
- Creating duplicate businesses, leads, loyalty credits, referrals, or commission events to manipulate attribution or rewards.
- Using the Platform to harm, harass, or defraud any person or business.
- Uploading malware or attempting to disrupt service integrity.
3. Verification and integrity
Business verification requires independent evidence and admin approval. Consumers cannot award themselves loyalty benefits; only legitimate, merchant-confirmed visits are credited. Duplicate redemptions and self-referrals are rejected. Commission events require verified qualifying activity and actual eligible payments; we do not generate commissions from registrations or simulations alone.
4. AI usage controls
AI Business Agents operate under per-business usage limits and cost controls. Misuse (including scripted high-volume prompting intended to exhaust quotas) may result in throttling or suspension of AI features for the offending account. Agents must not be represented as licensed professionals where they are not.
5. Sales partner conduct
Partners must use authorized data sources, respect provider and outreach rules, and never approve their own claims or commissions. Regional managers are scoped to their assigned teams and geography; access is enforced server-side. Fraud indicators are monitored and may lead to removal and forfeiture of pending commissions.
6. Enforcement
Violations may lead to content removal, feature restriction, suspension, or account termination, and we may pursue legal action where appropriate. We maintain audit records for sensitive administrative and acquisition actions.
7. Contact
